- Work plans agreed in advance
- Assess the suitability of the client using a diagnostics check to determine how ready they are to bid for funding in the areas chosen
- Identify gaps and any necessary work to be completed prior to bids being completed
- Complete checks on the clients policies, procedures and working practices
- Involve the client in the process spending time on the clients premises where required
- Support and advice offered in helping the client build delivery partnerships and supply chain links
- Support the mobilisation of contracts secured
