I have enjoyed providing strategic consultancy to organisations that has helped them drive their business / organisation forward. I prefer a consultative approach which helps keep the needs of the customer at the forefront of any work.

Teaching / Training
Teaching / training has played an important part of my development in the workplace, this includes experiences of good teaching practice and those experiences not so good.

Mentoring
During my working career I have been fortunate to have developed my skills as a result of working with some good mentors. I enjoy providing support as a mentor to those out of work or in work, and I see the relationship as a partnership that enhances learning.

Coaching
I have used coaching techniques throughout my career in various situations and I have developed further skills as a qualified coach. The coachee is in control of their direction, and there are many benefits to coaching for organisations / individuals.
