I have delivered on various warehousing and logistics / health & safety courses in the North East that were set up to help provide a knowledgeable and skillful workforce to employers as part of a recruitment drive. Working closely with employers / training organisations was critical in ensuring high numbers progressed into work.
A warehouse is a commercial building used for the storage of goods. They are used by manufacturers, importers, exporters, wholesalers, transport businesses, customs, etc. They are usually large plain buildings in industrial parks.

I provide warehouse and logistics training for people who are unemployed, and looking to gain employment for organisations that have identified a need for new staff to have the relevant knowledge and skills. A good understanding of procedures and processes in a warehouse along with a good understanding of health & safety shows potential employers that people are committed to working in warehousing and logistics, and they have the right skills to be efficient and effective in the role.
